AHK Care For Children is committed to providing high quality semi-independent accommodation services for looked after children and care leavers aged 16 to 25 years old. AHK Care For Children’s semi-independent living provisions have 24-hour on-site support staff cover.

AHK Care for Children offer placements to both male and female young persons on a short, medium, long term or emergency basis, subject to stringent process of risk assessment. This is to ensure the safety of other children placed within our facilities. AHK Care for Children ensures greater service delivery through targeted support and engagement of the young persons with the aid of our experienced support team.

AHK Care For Children’s focus is to help young persons to develop and maintain independent living skills. AHK Care for Children employs trained and experienced support workers. We deliver 24-hour services tailor-made to meet individual needs of young people in our care.

Transitional Support and Independent Living:

AHK Care for Children seeks to work with young persons to develop practical, emotional, relationship, and financial skills to achieve a successful transition from care to independent living, within a safe and supported living framework.
